I guess you are here because you are looking for something slightly different in your life – you are looking for perhaps change or maybe answers.
I can help you make positive changes that will enhance your life. I do believe that when we work with anybody (especially when that subject is ourselves) it is imperative that we trust and understand one another.
So who am I? How might I be able to help you?
I am a Breakthrough Consultant. Yes I do have all the necessary qualifications in NLP, TimeLine Therapy and Hypnosis; but it’s more than pieces of paper – its about us as individuals.
I’d like to introduce myself.
First and foremost I am a wife and mother. My family is my cornerstone and everything else fits in around that. This, I know will not change.
Our beliefs determine who we are – they control our decisions and our resulting behaviour. What we have allowed our brains to believe in the past has shaped the person you are today.
At secondary school, at a parent teachers meeting, my parents were told ‘Caroline will never set the Thames on fire.’ Thereafter, consciously, I tried to prove this teacher wrong. But I know that up until a couple of years ago, I let that comment rule my Unconscious Mind. I carried this belief around for 35 years.
I became Head Girl at school.
I graduated in Business and married my darling husband, whom I met in Freshers Week (but that’s another story!) and continued to work in the IT industry as a Project Manager until Jack and Alice were at nursery school. However, it became apparent that my work-life balance was out of kilter and my family life was suffering – so I opted to become a full time Mum.
I hit a cross roads at 40 and felt that there was more to life than the school run and started up my own Lifestyle and Portrait Photography business.
At one point, I felt I had to put this business on hold as I needed to be with my Darling Dad whilst he dealt with terminal cancer. After his death, I tried to get back to business – but there was no spark there any longer.
Within the space of a couple of years, my life and my role seemed to have changed unimaginably. My kids both left home to go to University. I was 50 and I had lost my mojo and was not sure where to turn. I was confused and empty.
Ultimately I knew that whatever my new path, if I could make somebody’s life feel a little brighter then I would have achieved what I really set out to do.
Another NLP consultant helped me – hugely – turn things around and helped me to move forward. (Thank you, Gerry). It felt good – and I then knew that I wanted to help other people get around their own personal blocks and to move forward too. This was my lightbulb moment. I realised that I have the power within me to change and that I am good enough after all. Go me!
I do believe that everyone can be given the chance to live the life that they truly want and deserve; whatever they have experienced in the past.
So using my knowledge in NLP, I would love to help you make the necessary changes in your own life.
Perhaps we can start that journey together ?
